New radio and lower dash trim

Hi Guys.

This weekend will i install a new type radio, but I hate to cut in the lower dash trim for fitting, do I have any other options if t will have the radio there.

Looks like an 8-track lower dash trim. It that case it is worth money! Hang on to it and get the more common trim piece.

Your 70 8-track bezel is worth a couple of hundred $$ on E-Bay.

I agree with hacking up a cheaper bezel, but 1970 is a one year only bezel if that is what year of car you have.

I got the trim on ebay some years ago. I will get me a new repo and save the 8 track trim.
