I have no idea "what"  or what year it was just that it was flat plain all out cool! It had a 392 Hemi with a supercharged feeding the carb.  White and gold and BIG! It was in the burnout contest. Can anyone tell me what it was and what year?
While going back to the show one morning we caught this thing on the highway and he put the hammer down. It shook my whole car! Darcy and I just looked at each other and aid " now that's just cool"
I've been day dreaming about building one myself now !  :smilielol:

The car was a 57 2 door HT Dodge  Custom Royal. They say he drives it everywhere.
The burnout contest was between the 57 Dodge and the 73 Challenger.
They were both smoking .

The Challenger won the crowd went wild when the Challenger blew the tires and kept going..
They had to push the car out. It started to catch fire, crowd went wild again.

He got a t-shirt and a tall trophy.   :woohoo:

Mom and Dad had a 58 Custom Royal and it was fast even in the day. I remember the little speedo graduations turning red as ma hammered that poor old Dodge down the road. Nice to see one upgraded and out smokin' them!Nice car indeed.
