Dave . . Do you have any pictures of the fit of these dash pads?  Anyone on the site bought one and have it installed?

Are the speaker grills available yet for the 3 speaker dash? I have a 1 speaker dash that is shot and wouldn't mind  adding some speakers? What would shipping cost to PA 17844 and does the core need to be from a 70?
Still sitting on the fence with fitment issues if there are any?  :dunno: Do you know of any?

Do the pads not have the barracuda script?

can that script be purchased?

Does that script come off of the old dash?

4c- hard to take a picture of a dash in the car. We have sold to a couple of members i believe. We have done 4 at the shop all on 70 cudas.

Brads70.  the pot metal speaker covers are not reproduced but can be found. The center grille plastic is available new. Shipping to PA 17844 53.93
any core if fine as long as the front edge is not rotted, Once core return 195.00 is returned.

Cudahunter.
dash pads do come with the script emblem in place. They do/can come off the old dash but probability of snapping is high.

thanks

Hummm tempting..... don't really have the funds at the moment but could scrape it up possibly.
I was also think maybe at some point of adding an aftermarket A/C system. Are the A/C vents for the dash pads re-popped yet? What are your thoughts on this idea? Or should I just get a non A/C dash?  I haven't really looked into aftermarket A/C systems?

the ac vents are not repoped and probably wont be.. they are expensive and hard to fine in good condition especially if its a rally dash i have seen the left vent in ok condition go for over 200. what some have do i sold pads to is get the pad with out ac, because the vintage can come with the vents..

I have had decent luck finding used dashes on ebay and buying them just for the vents. When you find vents alone people know what they are worth, but sometimes you can get lucky and buy a cracked up "core" dash with vents for the price of a set of vents.

Ok thanks Dave let me stew on it awhile. I trust your opinion as I've bought lots of parts from you! :2thumbs: So on a scale of 1-10 how is the fit and finish IYO? Is the Challenger script black or silver?

I am curious on the fitment also.  Havn't seen anyone's comments on this yet.

i have installed 3 of these all on 70 cudas, like any other remanufactured part you may or may not have any issues, what i have found it the under layment foam needs to be trimmed or cut away around the cluster area, because of the way these are made the vinyl needs to be trimmed in the light bar area and thats about it. since these are redone on original steel core fitment really isnt an issue.  they stand behind there product with any QC issues. I inspect every dash that comes in to us for stock for any visible damage ( fabulous ups ) or flaws in the vacuum forming.  i will be putting one of these into my 71 cuda when finished, i would not hesitate to sell or use them. if they were not a good product i would not sell them.

hope this answers some questions.

I ordered one for my 73 chally, yesterday, from Roseville. I didnt want to have to spend over a hundred or more for a cap when i could do it right for a bit more. I will have to put my door panels on hold for a month or so now. I believe Dave when he says that he would not sell it if it was poor quality. The Roseville guys are good to work with. I will let ya all know when i get it.
