They are going to take care of the throttle body under warranty but I will have to pay another $100 deductible(already payed one for the valve springs).I haven`t been to this dealer in over 12 years b/c of somewhat poor service back then and will definitly go back to another dealer I have been very happy with from now on.

How do I get a hold of a zone rep to complain and get out of paying another deductible?
Just talk to the service manager, there should be no problem waiving the deductible. Hell, they probably haven't even put in the first claim.

The service manager was the one who was blaming it on the pugs or thought it was running like that before I had the misfire problem.I told him the truck ran fine before the misfire and that there was another problem or they did something wrong but he did not seem too helpfull.I found the zone office number and will give them a call Firday if they are open.

I am a service manager and I KNOW he can waive the deductible. So I hope you were talking to him and not just a service advisor.

*edit, forgot to add that 03 and 04's have had problems with valvesprings.

It will hopefully be ready to pick up Friday and he will either wave the deductible or I will call the zone manager right in front of him!   :naughty:

2005 Hemi Ram 1500.I bought this truck new, with 7 miles on it, after about 26000 miles on it my engine light come on, I carried it to my local dealer, who has serviced it since I bought the truck from them, they said I needed a set of plugs, well to make a long story short, I didn't let them change the plugs but I let another certified shop do it, and the engine light continued coming on, so we changed the core packs, and the light is still coming on, does anyone have any idea what is going on with my truck, the codes keep coming up op300 and op302, which is #2 cylinder misfire, or randum multiple misfires ? my truck just turned 60000 miles, and it has me just about ready to pull my hair out. any Help on this problem will be greatly appreciates. thanks...

Could be an injector problem, try swapping between cylinders to see if the miss follows, could be a broken valve spring, pull the cover and have a look, could also be a vacuum leak. No different than working on the old stuff except now you have electronics to aid in diagnosis. :)
