This IS a big block you're talking about here, right? You're referring to the intake valley cover? I'm a small block guy, but if they're 1/4" as I think they are, I'd run them in to about 25 lb/ft or snug and use a drop of blue on them as well. You don't want to crush the bejeezus out of the gasket. Just my
