I got a new cap from NAPA today with 16lb.  Well it leaks around the cap again.  So I measured the depth of the filler neck which measured 25/32" deep and the cap is 24/32" deep.  Radiator fluid is blowing by the cap.  It's not going into the overflow.  Drove it around the block and it starts blowing out.  Do they make caps with different depths?  Maybe a chevy or ford is deeper and would work.  Any suggestions.  I will call be cool tomorrow and see what they have to say.

Bent the tabs back on the radiator cap and that helped.  Be cool said they would replace the radiator.  So I got it our and sent back.

Hopefully the replacement is better, you would think that those necks are built in mass and all the same depth, I think it would be odd to have one deeper than the others or normal unless this is something known to them and was a bad batch.

Yeah sounds like a bad batch that they know about. Well at least you figured it out and are getting it resolved.
