Believe goes behind the grille of something... looks familiar but cannot place it.
Current Mopar
70 Challenger RT 440-6 EFI, 73 Cuda 416-6 EFI
05 Hemi Durango, 01 Ram 4x4, 14 Ram 2500 4X4, 10 PCP Challenger 6 spd RT, 01 Viper GTS ACR, 52 B3B w/330 Desoto Hemi, 70 Hemi RR (under const)
Past Mopars
9 x Challengers. AAR Cuda, 4 RR, 2 GTX, 4 Chargers, etc... (too many to list)

I think that's a grill bracket for a 72-74 Challenger

I'll take their word for it... I know it doesn't belong on a 70...

I did not want to be first to chime in because of the 70 but it does remind me of the center section tying header panel to core support bracket on my 74.
Removing the warning labels one at a time.
Nature will take care of the rest.

Yes, but it is riveted to the grill so typically it stays with the grill
