It's great to here from you Al. Our son had a serious accident about six years ago. He went over four years without a licence. When he got it back it re-ignited his life. Hopefully the same happens for you. He had to get used to the 'new normal', I'm sure you will do the same.

Hi Alan,

Glad to hear that you are on the mend..somewhat. You have been on my mind A LOT lately, as we have not seen you on here posting much.  Remember, this isn't just a web board about our cars...but a Family, built up of like minded enthusiasts, so you don't only have to post about cars, you can share your fears, hopes, wife stories, or just open up about life in general.

Miss you a lot buddy.  :swaying:

Stay healthy Al.
They say men are reluctant to visit the doctor.
We try to diagnose our car issues more than our health.
Everyone should go for a physical once a year.
Blood pressure and cholesterol checked.
I had to get a CDL physical every year to drive 18 wheeler.
As I got older blood pressure went up later cholesterol.
Medication keeps it low......
Just turned 75 Sept 2.   :22yikes: Think positive.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Guys n Girls.   Just 1 more day and I will be free to travel again. I also had a new 5.9 cummins engine built for my 2003.5 quad cab dually. I hope to pick it up tomorrow.  I am not a traitor either. But I did buy a 72 road runner and I also bought a 68 road runner today. It had a paint code of QQ1 which kinda looks like B5 blue. Black interior and no options, post car, but an am radio. The 72 is red with black interior.  The white cuda I listed forsale here a few years ago is now B5 blue. It was originally petty blue from birth.  And Ken?  I bought a 72 demon. I built the car in 1985 for NHRA bracket racing. It has sat all these years and only had maybe 1 mile on it, then parked. Wade on here bought the 340, but since then I have bought a 71 340 and a 360 state trooper drive train. So I am an A body guy to. But not a fastback barracuda street hemi running nines like yours. HAHA .  I still have a lot of toys, but 3 hrs of work shuts me down for a few days now aday.

When I got back on yesterday, I had over 300 unread posts, so I will be reading a bit, trying to catch up on the site.  My memory still has a hard time after 1 stroke and 3 mini strokes, So I am slow to read and type. I also fractured my arm, wrist, and back, working in Quebec last year, so I can't walk as good as I would like. But I have many stories, many mopar stories, and some tech advice to share.  I am working on CudaGuys car again and installing Caltrac, new fuel system, and oil pan.  Work is slow, but progressing. Don's car is a screamer as it was.  Now it should hook, and have a good fuel supply that was needed.  At first, He wanted a dana I built with 373 gears and 1 inch spring location. Now he has asked me to move them in 1/2 inch more. Then change out his dash to. So I have lots to do, and nothing but time.   Thanks for bending an ear....ALAN

Good to hear from you Al. Which race car are you gonna do first?

Glad to hear you're up and about Alan! You MUST be getting better if you just went out and bought 2 cars. Take it easy and I hope you regain some more of your stamina.
