Thanks for the reply/info Kyle.

But I think my mind went into a state of very stupidness and hate to even admit it.  :banghead:
I was more interested in your pics and information while attempting for the first time to do a build up of a tranny (swapping auto to manual) that I didn't even stop to think "overdrive tranny".  :banghead: :bricks1:
After doing lots of reading/homework, I've come to realize  :thinkerg:...... I don't have an "overdrive tranny".   :eek7: :screwy: :misbehaving:

Luckily I haven't installed anything yet so I moved the link to the correct position. The 3-4 rod looks correct and much better now.

I assumed all A833s where linked the same way and OD was a completely different beast. Well it is different but just internally (gearing) and with the link pointing down.
But I have learned alot more now and happy for that.
Your post and pics still gave me a lot to go off of and I do thank you for that.
Here is my set-up now.

Looks good! I personally like the non-OD tranny's but to each his own.

It all looks good , the OD does alter the rod angles 3/4 is much lower with the OD I will bind , most of the OD swaps I have done people really enjoy them , I only had 1 customer have me remove the od once they had driven it for a while
