Where to drill hole in the door etc for power windows?

I want to install power windows in my 'cuda. So where are there drilled hole in the door etc for power windows? Anyone got nay pictures and measurements?

The door & the jamb both have a fairly pronounced dimple..

Can these two holes easily be drilled with the doors on the car, or do they need to come off?

It's possible with the doors on if you have the proper greenlee punches but if your using a hole saw you'll need to remove the doors..

Those punches are slick! I'm gonna have to get a set for the larger holes in all my replacement sheet metal. That's gotta be better than hole saws
