I have a 70 barracuda. I'm flushing out the radiator and noticed when I turn the heater on I don't feel warm air coming out of the center lower duct. I hear the fan motor, the heater hose is warm. On my 73 challenger the heater control valve was in the engine compartment connected to the heater hoses. Is the control valve on a Barracuda in the heater box? When the heater is on, the inside temperature of the car doesn't change. FYI, I don't recall ever turning the heater on since I had the car so I'm not sure if it worked before. I live in So. Calif so I don't use the heater much. Thanks
