Ive never seen that bubble or that trim ring. anyone know who makes them?

I bet it is fiberglass . . .

And the shaker bubble is attached to the hood and does not sit on the motor.

Hood is fiberglass and the scoop does mount to the engine not the hood.

it looks like a scoop for a modern Challenger grafted to a Cuda hood.
