Talked with Ross about some "problems" with the board and he's fixed some of them, looking into others... right now, you can UPLOAD your avatar and it will work...
As far as having it hosted somewhere else and linking to it, Ross is looking into it as he can see the box for that, but no one else can... there are a couple other things we're working on... but it's gonna be a little bit!
