70 Cuda Rocker Gills Questions

I purchased some reproduction rocker gills for my 70 cuda and I have a couple of questions.

-What size/type screws do I need to attach these to the car?
-The gills come pre-painted in argent, are the flat sections of the gills supposed to be painted black?  If so, what color black?

I painted the black a satin black. You can buy the correct screws on Ebay.
