I wanted everybody to know that I received a package today. I have known Richard for years, thanks to initially connecting here on CC.com, and what was sent is truly a blessing!

He, residing on the west coast of Florida, was trying to hurry getting all of this sent before Irma came knocking. I had to insist that family is much more important than paper and to please wait until all was clear before even giving this a second thought.

He did let me know that they survived Irma, without incident. That was great news to hear!

What a class, stand up guy you are Richard and I am truly thankful and in awe for what you took the time to offer and send. Everything arrived safely.

:worshippy  My best to your entire family. God Bless You!  :worshippy

An open letter to Jim and my friends @ Cuba-Challenger.com

The journey with my plum crazy 1970 Dodge Challenger  was all encompassing. Although I was never able to see the project to completion it ended up in good hands and someone who had the  ability to get it back on the road where it belongs.  Going down the path of  restoration lead  me to an incredible amount of knowledge about vehicles and the specialties that are out there. But most  importantly it lead me do some of the most interesting, knowledgeable and understanding people I could have ever hoped to meet.
The thrill of the hunt, looking for that one piece I still needed, the rare NOS piece to get my project one step closer to completion. Finding not just somebody to re-do my wiring harnesses but finding a skilled craftsmen that loved the vehicle as much as I do and willing to go the extra to achieve as close to perfect as you can get. I found that in Jim. A God loving man, not afraid in today's world to share his convictions. A man who like Jules, was given a gift by the creator to not only love his work but to be able to achieve excellence in what he does.
I cannot even begin to count how many times over the years I checked my phone or my iPad to see if I had gotten a response to a post or just to read what other people are posting  and to see the cars, the beautiful cars that you all have put together.  I wish I could mention you all by name,  The  ones that I have met, shared knowledge with, and exchanged parts  but that list would be endless and I am sure to leave somebody out,and I would never wish to offend any one on this board. For you, are all my friends.
In the coming days I will post the last two parts that I have from my project. They will be free to the first person that responds and wants to pay shipping.
For now God bless all of you and see you on the other side.

OK folks this is it. The last three pieces that I have to give to my friends and  all you have to do is calculate shipping from 33511
First come first serve.   I don't always have a chance to check the board but  be patient and I will get to it.

 1)  I have a Box O Plates, probably around 20 or 25 plates some old some new were from Ohio and other places.
 Box measures 20  x 7 x 12 inches   Guessing about 12 pounds

2)  Challenger seat latch lock it's used but in very good condition. I bought it for a 1970 not sure if it would fit the other years.

3)  Also for a 1970 Dodge Challenger not sure if it will fit the other years, this is the interior rear package tray. Not the metal piece that is part of the structure but the pressboard piece that goes directly behind the rear seats. 57 x 14x 2 inches  probably around 5 pounds with packing,  New still in the wrapper .

Are the license plates still available? I'd love some more garage art.
