yes true point I skimmed a light coat of bade putty in the edlebrock  rpm  part on the front of the head and smoothed it over after a light prime and rub  (I am a body and paint guy remember gotta consider everything lol )then im going to paint the engine in hemi orange 2 pack , did a little 383 that way not long ago looks and holding up awesome , looks pretty stock looking im sure you guys could pick things but you cant see edlebrock rpm on the front anymore , not a purist just like that kinda stock look thats all and not a fan of bling but thats me hey , soooo wild rt is that a yes mate

Never tried it, I have Isky Ductile iron rockers & a pretty mild cam & rockers contacted the baffles so I'm gonna guess no....  You can hammer the baffles for clearance, plenty of guys have....  Personally I used spacers to raise the covers slightly...

Consider the thick Fel-Pro steel-cored cork-rubber valve cover gaskets... they'll raise the valve cover up a little (may need slightly longer bolts, or else use studs..
Autocross/road racers go in deeper... and come out harder!

It's a hard call by the sounds of it those comp pro magnums are not a very tall rocker not like a big chunky alloy one  thanks for responding guys
