I wanted to update everyone, thanks to PAYPAL (BILL ME LATER), I got a full refund of my money.
I tried to work it out between the seller and myself but no response on his side. EBAY DID NOTHING FOR ME (past their 45 day claim limit). I got lucky and forwarded all the emails from the seller to PAYPAL. Otherwise, I would have had a difficult time explaining the 60 days it took me to file a claim. Bad experience but a lesson well learned.
