WANTED: 1972 Six Pack car
« on: December 03, 2011 - 11:36:48 AM »
Serious buyer looking for a 1972 V-code Six Pack car. There are reportedly 4 cars out there (2 Chargers and 2 Roadrunners). If you have any info at all, please lmk, I will pay a Finders Fee if your tip leads me to a sale. Thanks.

I've been into Mopars for over 30 years, owning 47 of them in that time. Quite simply, the 72 Rallye is my favourite Charger and the 72 RR is, by far, the coolest and my personal favourite. I want to get a rare one of each, that's all.

I have to agree , While I would choose a 70 Chall or Cuda first , the second choice has always been the 71-72 Charger & RR / GTX , good luck finding one of the rare 6 packs  :2thumbs:

There's a guy on Moparts looking to sell his 1972 six pack Road runner. Look him up unless you already know of it.

Not an original, but a nice 6 Pack car: http://www.windvisions.com/Charger/1972.html

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Sadly the 2 well known 72 6-bbl cars won't be leaving their owners anytime soon.  There is the Ron Slobe red 72 Charger 440-6 that has up and disappeared.  And the second 72 RR was documented once 20 years ago, never to appear again.

Here is the 72 RR 440-6 Car.

Super Blue my friend down the street owned that Yellow Charger at the top for a Short time and sold it to the guy selling it now. He said that was the fastest Mopar he's ever driven. That thing screams and rides super nice.

Are you in MA?  It does look like a really nice car.  Has all the right parts.

Belmont.  Foxboro at Gillette Stadium has some neat shows from what I understand.  Never have time to go though.   >:(

I used to Kickbox at a place in Belmont about 10 years ago. The Foxboro show is amazing there's been close to 2,000 cars there sometimes. You definately have to check it out sometime.
