1970 Slant 6 Challenger
« on: May 29, 2017 - 12:11:25 PM »
Ive decided to sell my 1970 Dodge Challenger, it has a 225 slant 6 cylinder.  It does have the fender tag which is pretty bare bones & the original ampiltude modulation radio.

It runs and drives, the interior needs to be replaced, i removed the carpet, rear seats, and headliner.  The trunk is rusted out, the floors have a few very small holes but nothing major.

The Challenger is located in Mukilteo, Washington 98275.  Im asking $10k.  The title is free & clear, you can drive it home today.

I replaced the cracked tail light lenses, side markers, and front turn signals.  All lights work, i did a basic tune up on her but its time for someone else to enjoy this classic mopar!

I do have a 1970 4 speed transmission, several bell housings, and many small & big blocks that can be negotiated.  Most of my blocks have already been magged and sonic checked.

.

I am extremely interested in your car. I sent you an email but figured I should also post here in case you don't happen to see my email . I have been looking for one with a decent body for a couple months now that isn't way overpriced and yours is the first one I have come across that sounds realistically priced and it is also one of the very few I could even find. You can just reply to my email with your contact info, or if you don't see it just send me a pm here.

Thanks

That does seem like a pretty good car at a very fair price. Hope the deal goes through for both of you.

hi, i have seen your pictures, and i like it, so we need replace the metal of the trunk, the rest is
reparable, alright ?

And, do you want to sell me your challenger ? or you prefer sell in usa ?  ( i understand...)

You said, you have small block and big block, can you put an other block instead the slant 6 ?

My phone number is in the first post.  I replied to your message this morning.   Im not looking to message back and fourth many times, my price is firm.

I dont have time to work on cars now but you can put any engine in there you want.

I'm kinda surprised a deal hasn't gone through yet. If I didn't have two cars already, I'd be making a trip up there.

Love the slant six Challengers
I once owned a 70 Challenger convertible slant six with a stick back in the late 1980.
Was sitting in a yard and needed some metal work.
Sold it.  Should have kept it
Hope the new owner doesn't turn it into another RT clone!
Good luck with your sale.

Good luck with the sale. If I had a little more cash flow right now, I would be headed up.
