 Solid cam or hydraulic ???
The hydraulics have no adjustment just tighten the shafts up , the solids are more difficult , if the cam is not too big  you can bring each cylinder up to TDC & adjust both valves but the better way to do it is too use the decal from Mopar that has a staggered sequence so that yuo set the exhaust on the cyl ahaed in the firing order & the intake on the cyl behind in the firing order  for example
  TDC #1 set exhaust on # 8 & intake on # 2
  TDC #8 set exhaust on # 4 & intake on # 1
  TDC #4 set exhaust on # 3 & intake on # 8
  TDC #3 set exhaust on # 6 & intake on # 4
  TDC #6 set exhaust on # 5 & intake on # 3
  TDC #5 set exhaust on # 7 & intake on # 6
  TDC #7 set exhaust on # 2 & intake on # 5
  TDC #2 set exhaust on # 1 & intake on # 7
working  your way through the firing order  & set to recommended lash cold  & recheck hot  ;)

Torque the rocker arm shafts to the recommended torque per the manual. When installing the rocker arm shafts, insure that the oil holes are correct, bring them down equally, a little at a time. Allowing the lifters enough time to collapse. Start your new engine (while checkin the oil guage) and listen for the lifters to pump or quiet and then give it 2000-2500 RPM for 10 minutes. This RPM allows your lifters to skim the cam, instead of digging in and wearing your cam out. We all like the bigger cams right. The two biggest places for wear are the cam and the piston rings. The RPM's help seat the rings in the cylinder area higher than idle. All the time watchin the guages that work right...
