Will MSD Billet Distributor fit 440 with MP cast valve covers?

Searched the forum but couldn't find the answer to this.  Does anyone know for sure if an MSD Pro  Billet distributor will fit on a 440 with stock iron heads and the Mopar Performance cast aluminum valve covers?  I've read it won't fit with other combinations of heads/valve covers but can't confirm if it will fit with my combination or not.  Anyone know?

I have a MSD on my Challenger (440) and have the cast Mopar Performance valve covers and they work together ok. As I remember, I did have to clean some off the head a little.
