Maybe its because I'm a girl, but photo's like that bring a tear to my eye.
That one-time beautiful car ended up like that because its owner was a moron.
Its like looking at a dead body, terrible.

I guess if I had to pick a favorite totaled cuda this would be it.

Think I read that the guy bought it and put it on a self. I'd do the same.
WANTED 71 cuda / barracuda project. Prefer Black but open.

I know those guys. Ryan & Reid are brothers they live up in Maine. They each have 71 Cuda Convertibles and many other toys. The one in the picture is a 340 car I believe but is a real 71 Cuda convertible. It is up on like a 15' High Shelf right now.

Dumb questions here... barracuda or cuda, he says both. With the word "project" was it a real flip top or was he making it one? Wonder what the fender tag says its original engine was.....

I don't have the 48K so its a mute point, but to my extreme newbie eye, it looks like a lot of the heavy lifting has been done to the body?

See? I'm learning here, I read a lot of posts!!!

Not sure of production numbers but 300,000 is way over priced.

I don't even think a hemi restored rag top would bring that cash.
Not in this market anyway.

Definitely want to know the options and see some pics though!!

If it is not for sale, then so be it!  It is well worth $300,000.  My car is worth right at $50 million to me.  I recently had it appraised for much less but $50 million is what it would take to get me to sell.  I would say that is real value.
