Actually, he recently moved to Texas.  Said he wanted to get back to America where hunting and guns are okay.  He's already made some comments about running for TX Governor...
really?! In MI he had his own private hunting sanctuary. some 2000 odd acres were all his. he could probably find that much down in TX for half of what he paid in MI
I have nothing. go ahead and laugh. but when I get my something, prepare to be awed

Quality acreage in Texas is not gonna be cheap. The state is 98 percent privately owned. 2000 acres in the hill country would run him a pretty penny but would be well worth it. Plus no state income tax  :2thumbs:  The bad thing is they make it all up on property taxes lol.

I was wondering if The Nuge was actually a Deputy Sherriff, and if he's done any work(i.e issue warrants, pulled people over, any other police work, etc.)

I live in wayne county and I have never heard that Ted Nugent was a wayne county sheriff.  Sounds like a rumor was told to you.  He lives in Texas now, but I think you already knew that.

Okay, now back to the topic....

Listneing to the new Metallica "Death Magnetic"  First listen was kind of disappointing but now it is REALLY growing on me.  I find it reminds me al ot their OLD stuff - although Lars seems to be mailing it in on the drums.   Luv the track "Judas Kiss"

Not to be a jerk, but it was deputy sherrif. I was watching MTV Cribs some time ago, and Nugent's place was being toured. He was showing his cars('55 Bel Air, 1991 ZR-1, Plymouth Prowler, etc). when he gets to his F-350 he shows the truck has police lights, and he displays his badge.

uh, I'm not a bit anticipated for this album. I was more anticipated for the new Slipknot and Metallica albums. Death Magnetic I like. It reminds me of their old stuff, and it seems like a nice blend of all of their previous albums minus St. Anger.
