1974 charger frame rail and iner fender

Hi, my neighbor is rebuilding a 1974 charger and he ask my help for finding parts. I'm surprise that amd don't have the front frame rails an iner fenders. I check around it seem that nobody was them. Some body can guide me?

I"m trying to find parts for a 74 right now.  Hard to find apparently.
