Quite funny that this thread was brought back up, as I was just, out of no where, watching this yesterday.

It was a very special time to be a member here. The way every one came together I'll never forget.
It warms my heart to this day. Was proud to be a part of a beautiful moment for a great dude  :2thumbs:

Yes it was great to have everyone come together to make that happen.  Members were donating money and parts from everywhere on the earth.   Just to see his face when we told him it was his car was awesome and then his son was leaning on it like it was his was funny as hell!   :2thumbs:

Cudaman is serving in the war but . .  in the states on leave now. About a year ago, his step father contacted the site with a wish to get Don(cudaguy) a car.  Shortly after that, his stepfather died and we all decided to chip in and see if we could make his dream come true and get Don a cuda.  Now we have a car and it's being prepped for presentation at the Carlisle Chrysler show in PA, USA this July. Many of the members have dontated money or parts in an effort to finish this car and soon it will be together and presented to Don.

Thats the quick version of it.
