Radiator to K-Frame Channel
« on: May 08, 2018 - 08:36:53 AM »
Good morning -
I had a little mishap with a misplaced jack and kinked the channel that mounts to the bottom of the radiator core support and the K-Member.  Are these reproduced?  Better yet, what's the correct name for this part?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks -

I am not sure if they are reproduced but they are just sheet metal (18 or 20 gauge) and can me repaired/fixed. If a section is really bad, you can patch in some new sheet metal to repair it. Better than replacing it.

I removed this on my Cuda and built a gusseted 3/16 steel replacement that not only protects the radiator but can be used as a jack point, tow point, etc because it is fully welded to the frame on each side and I still run the strap from the radiator guard I built to the K frame.
